Serena Williams has filmed a twerking tutorial while taking a break on the set of a commercial she is filming, according to The Huffington Post.
The video of the number one women’s singles champion appeared online with clips cut together from a series of snapchats.
Step 1: “Squeeze the glutes and engage the quads”
Step 2: “Take a wide stance…”
Step 3: “Slowly slide down”
Step 4: “Relax, and twerk!”
